POLYMERIC MDI-PMDI
POINTNAT 200 is polymeric MDI, generally used in manufacturing hard and semi-hard polyurethane foam. POINTNAT 600 and POINTNAT 700 are polymeric MDI, generally used in manufacturing rigid PU foam and polyisocyanurate (PIR) foam. Those Isocyanates are solvent-free in form with high functionality of 2.7∼3.1 and can improve the dimensional stabilities of foam and the flame retardancy of foam, which has a higher functionality.

MONOMERIC MDI
Monomeric MDI takes the form of white crystals at room temperature and appears as a clear, colorless liquid when melted. Monomeric MDI exists as a mixture of 3 isomers: 2,2-, 2,4, and 4,4-MDI, with each monomer having two reactive isocyanate groups. MDI has extreme resistance to discoloration and is applied as a stabilizer against high temperatures and ultraviolet light. They were stored in cold containers.

IPDI (3-isocyanatomethyl-3,5,5-trimethyl cyclohexyl isocyanate, IsophoroneDiisocyanate) is a cycloaliphatic diisocyanate. It has high resistance to yellowing and the specific properties of polyurethanes, such as good mechanical properties and chemical resistance.

TDI 80/20
TDI 80/20 produces flexible polyurethane foam and other polyurethane applications, including elastomers, synthetic leather, coated fabrics, paints, and adhesives. TDI 80/20 is a mixture of the two isomeric forms of 2,4-toluene diisocyanate and 2,6-toluene diisocyanate in the ratio 80:20.
